Refund and Returns Policy for Primasopic Gourmet Foods

1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. We do not accept returns for perishable goods or products that have been opened.
Timeframe for Returns: You must initiate a return request within 14 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund Eligibility: If your return request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued for the full purchase price, minus any shipping charges unless the return was due to our error.
