Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping within the United States. At this time, we do not provide international shipping.

The available options and their associated costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time: Once your order is processed and shipped, the following estimated delivery times apply:

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select locations)

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Primasopic is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the contents, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will assist you in resolving the issue, including issuing a refund or sending a replacement for the damaged item.
Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Primasopic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the shipment has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to initiate a claim. If the carrier’s investigation determines that the package was indeed lost or stolen, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, including issuing a refund or replacement in appropriate cases.
